New Hong Kong Crispy Roasted Chicken It is safe to say that New Hong Kong Restaurant is a pioneer in serving Roasted Chicken in Johor Bahru as it is our legacy since the 60’s. In fact, it is still a perennial favourite even till today! We use only the freshest chickens with our specially selected ingredients and this results in an unique taste, juicy and tender flesh yet crispy skin.	New Hong Kong Famous Chilli Crabs Also created since the 60’s, our famous Chilli Crabs are unlike any other. Only the freshest, fattest crabs are selected for this dish with a specially blended chilli recipe and our skilful chef fries it over a hot wok to infuse it with the Cantonese “fragrant wok”. Served with a thick gravy not found elsewhere, this dish is just heavenly, and is a crowd favourite among the locals, Singaporeans and even foreigners.	Braised Pork Ribs w/ Yam in Claypot This authentic Cantonese dish is popular with all as the succulent tender pork ribs and fragrant yam seem to melt into each other with every tasty bite. Our patrons can't seem to get enough of it and this dish is good enough to eat on its own or accompanied with rice.	Deep Fried Premium Oyster Sauce Chicken in Paper Bag Fancy a piece of juicy and tender chicken marinated with our special recipe and deep fried to perfection in a paper bag to lock in all the juices? This traditional Cantonese dish is something you need to experience to believe.



Teochew Sweetend Yam Paste w/ Pumpkin This dish with its delicate preparation is a treat to the palate. Only the finest, powdery and fragrant yams are stir fried slowly and then double boiled to perfection all in accordance with traditional Teochew practices. This is truly a dish that ‘melts’ in your mouth and keeps you wanting more.	New Hong Kong Coffee Sauce Thick Pork Ribs This authentic Cantonese dish is popular with all as the succulent tender pork ribs and fragrant yam seem to melt into each other with every tasty bite. Our patrons can't seem to get enough of it and this dish is good enough to eat on its own or accompanied with rice.	Signature Fried Egg Noodle Hong Kong Style This dish is a crowd favourite, enjoyed by the young and old alike. We only use the freshest ingredients with the best quality egg noodles and fried to perfection to create the Cantonese “fragrant wok” flavour.	Ginger & Honey Glaced Chicken This seemingly simple dish is elevated to another level by our chefs; preserved young ginger slices that is stir fried to perfection with juicy deep fried chicken pieces to create the Cantonese “fragrant wok” aroma. It’s simply irresistible.

While the origins of Dim Sum can be traced back to ancient China as a snack, it has evolved over the years to become a meal by itself. Often enjoyed with a steaming cup of tea, eating Dim Sum is an experience to be savoured.



At New Hong Kong Restaurant, we make some of the finest Dim Sum with the freshest succulent prawns and pork. Our chefs make all the Dim Sum in the restaurant as we believe in ensuring the best quality for our patrons.		You are advised to pre-book with our counter if you intend to drop by for a Dim Sum breakfast as places are limited and we’re mostly almost fully booked on weekends.

The New Hong Kong Restaurant is also famous for our Bakery and Dumpling products. To ensure quality, it is all freshly made in our kitchen and our chefs can never make them fast enough for our clients!

Dumpling The New Hong Kong Restaurant Dumplings are always in constant demand all year round and long lines form when the Dumpling Festival comes along. Our secret?
